We only accept returns on products that have been damaged upon arrival or in cases where the incorrect item has been delivered. With regard to damage, this usually refers to product files that have a data corruption issue that prevents them from being accessed. These non-exclusive products are a permanent fixture within our catalog and they are sold more than one time. A non-exclusive product license is issued for each non-exclusive product purchased. These licenses are valid for the life of the purchaser, however, they're non-transferable. It should also be noted that our icons are royalty free, which means that you only have to purchase one non-exclusive license. Once you've purchased the license you don't ever have to pay again.
