Product Delivery By Email

Most of our products are delivered by email, unless they are too large to deliver in this manner, in which case we will provide you with a download links. All of our individual products are labeled by delivery method, with only two options, those being by email or by download link. We do not under any circumstances deliver files on diskettes via postal mail. If you have purchased a product that is to be delivered by email, then please be sure to provide us with an email address that will accept attachments. The file packets that we will send you are zipped, and are usually quite small in overall file size. In the rare event that you do not have access to an email address that is able to accept incoming attachments, then we will provide you with a download. In the case that your file packet is auto deleted by your email provider, or if it is lost or corrupted, then we will replace the files free of charge. When requesting a replacement file packet, please provide us with your transaction number.
