Non Exclusive Products

Any product that appears on this website that is labeled Non Exclusive, means that the product is sold more than once, and is generally regarded as a permanent fixture within our ever growing digital catalogue. These Non Exclusive products are sold on what is called a shared user license, and thus they cannot be individually trademarked or copyrighted by the purchaser, as Icon Republic owns this right exclusively. It should be noted that all of our Non Exclusive products are royalty free, meaning once you purchase a product license, you are then free to use the image for the life of the buyer, and without incurring any additional fees. The license for Non Exclusive products is however nontransferable. Per our terms of use agreement, our Non Exclusive products are not to be altered with the intent of changing the copyright status of that particular item. When purchasing these Non Exclusive items, you consent to the terms of service agreement that governs the product and it's use.
